SEGAL Butterfly Valves are suitable for all types of abrasive slurries including bauxite, coal, cement and mineral sands etc. The long body design ensures that turbulence related wear takes place inside the valve and not downstream in the pipe. A large range of material types are available including Fiberglass, Titanium, Inconel, Hastalloy etc. HVOF Tungsten Carbide or Stellite coated parts also available.
