The structure consists of primary chromium carbides in a eutectic matrix with eutectic chromium carbides. Low dilution with the base material, reduced temperature input combined with our high alloyed powder results in a unique structure.
Bison Soudage Armad 2000 - Tungsten Carbide
The structure consists of a layer of sintered tungsten carbide particles suspended in a Chromium Carbide matrix, deposited onto an intermediary Chromium Carbide hardfacing layer which is deposited onto the base material. We can also apply the product to OEM parts or to specific areas of wearing equipment.
