Paste Fill & Mine Dewatering
Applied Alloys is Australia’s leading supplier of paste fill and mine dewatering piping components including pipe, bends and valves.
We stock a comprehensive range of low- and high-pressure valves, piping and 3D bends for paste fill and mine dewatering applications. Our VICTAULIC® CUT GROOVING capabilities include both standard cut grooves and ES cut grooves to meet specific project requirements. We can also supply flanged pipe and fittings, as well as custom-built spools.
Our Specialized Products
Valves
We stocks both two-way isolation and three-way diverter valves in sizes DN80 (3″) through DN200 (8″), available in full-bore and reduced-bore configurations. A wide range of end connections is offered, including flanged ANSI Class 150 300 & 600, tables D, E & F as well as Victaulic® and butt-weld connections. Special purpose valves can also be manufacture to order in class 150 thru class 2500 in a broad range of materials including carbon steel, stainless steel, Hastelloy®, Inconel®, titanium and other specialty alloys.
3D Sweep Bends
We are Western Australia’s largest stockist of 3D Bends. Supplying off-the-shelf DN150 & DN200 schedule 40 and schedule 80 bends in angles 6°,11.25°, 22.5°, 30°, 45°, 60°, 70°, 80° & 90°.
Both black painted or galvanised finish is available and we can supply with flanges or with standard or ES Victaulic® grooving. We also manufacture specialty pipe spools including straight tees, offset tees, wyes, reducers and other custom designed fittings.
Slurry Pipe
Ultra 600 is our quench and tempered, abrasion resistant slurry pipe. With 600 BHN to provide abrasion resistance.
Available in sizes DN65 thru DN600, it is supported by a comprehensive range of fittings, including 3D to 10D long radius sweep bends, tees, offset tees, wyes, laterals, reducers and other custom made shapes.
Bi-metal and clad piping also available.
