Our product range includes pipe manufactured to ASTM A335 and A369 standards in grades P11, P22, P5, P9, P91, and P92, as well as ASTM A691 grades 1¼Cr, 2¼Cr, 5Cr, 9Cr, and 91. Chrome moly is a ferritic alloy-steel pipe for high-temperature service. Molybdenum increases the strength of steel as well as the elastic limit, resistance to wear, whilst chrome improves oxidation resistance at elevated temperatures. Designed to withstand high pressure, extreme temperatures, and demanding environments, ensuring long-lasting performance. Overview
SA387 and A387 are the standards for chrome-molybdenum alloy steel plates used in pressure vessel applications. These plates are available in Grades 12, 11, 22, 22L, 21L, 5, 9, 91. Plates can be cut to the required size or shape and are available for immediate shipping.
Chrome-molybdenum increases the materials temperature tensile strength making it an excellent choice for elevated temperature environments. A387 displays excellent corrosion resistant and weldability making it ideal for the fabrication of pressure vessels and industrial boilers in the petrochemical and oil industry.
