253 MA

253 MA is an austenitic chromium-nickel steel alloyed with nitrogen and rare earth minerals. Excellent oxidation resistance, high creep strength and thermal shock resistance. Good weldability and heat resistance to 1150°C.

UNS S30815

254 SMO is a high-alloy austenitic stainless steel.  Offers excellent resistance to pitting, crevice, stress corrosion cracking. 254 SMO has greater strength than conventional austenitic stainless steels and has good weldability.

UNS S31254

304/304H are austenitic chromium-nickel alloys known to be among the most adaptable and widely applied stainless steels in the 300 series.

304H has a higher carbon content and is often dual certified as 304.

UNS S30400, S30409

304L is the low carbon version of 304. 304L grade has outstanding weld-ability characteristics. Often dual certified as 304.  Good resistance to atmospheric corrosion, moderately oxidising and reducing environments. Excellent resistance to intergranular corrosion. Strength and toughness at cryogenic temperatures.

UNS S30403

310S/310H are austenitic stainless steels often used in high temperature sulfur bearing gas atmospheres, heat exchanger and recuperator tubing and molten salt applications.

310S has a lower carbon content for easy fabrication and 310H has a higher carbon content for increased creep resistance.

UNS S31008, S31009

316/316H are molybdenum-bearing steels with higher resistance to corrosion. Increased corrosion resistance than 304/304H.

316H with a higher carbon content has greater tensile and yield strength.

UNS S31600, S31609

316L is the low carbon version of 316. 316L is a chromium-nickel-molybdenum austenitic stainless steel.  Improved general corrosion and chloride pitting resistance to 304/304L.  It provides higher creep, stress-to-rupture and tensile strength at elevated temperatures.

UNS S31603

317/317L are molybdenum-bearing steels that offer a higher stress-to-rupture, creep and tensile strength at elevated temperatures.

317L  has lower carbon grade which provides resistance to sensitisation during welding.

UNS S31700, S31703

321/321H are titanium bearing steels not sensitive to intergranular corrosion after heating within the range of carbide precipitation 427–816°C.

321H has a higher carbon content for enhanced creep resistance and higher strength.

UNS  S32100, S32109

347/347H are austenitic chromium steels containing columbium. Often used in refineries, high temp chemical processing, and high temp steam service.

347H has a higher carbon content for enhanced creep resistance and higher strength.

UNS S34700, S34709

410S is a low carbon, non–hardening modification of 410.  This helps prevent cracking when exposed to high temperatures or welding. 410S is completely ferritic in the annealed condition.  This alloy remains soft and ductile even when rapidly cooling from high temperatures.

UNS S41008

904L is a low carbon high alloy austenitic stainless steel designed for moderate to high corrosion resistance. 904L provides good chloride stress corrosion cracking resistance, pitting and general corrosion resistance superior to 316L and 317L stainless steels.

Alloy 20

Alloy 20 is an austenitic nickel-iron-chromium alloy with additions of molybdenum and copper.  Excellent resistance to suphuric and phosporic acids.  Good resistance to intergranular corrosion, pitting and crevice corrosion.

Alloy C276

Alloy C276 is a nickel-molybdenum-chromium alloy with tungsten used in chemical processing, pollution control, waste treatment, and pulp and paper production. Excellent resistance to stress corrosion cracking in chloride-bearing solutions.

Duplex 2205

Duplex 2205 is a chromium molybdenum blend which combines properties of both ferritic and austenitic steels.  Offers greater yield strength, impact toughness, higher resistance to corrosion and erosion fatigue than austenitic. As well as lower thermal expansion and higher thermal conductivity.

Super Duplex 2507

Super Duplex 2507 is a chromium molybdenum blend which combines properties of both ferritic and austenitic steels. This high strength alloy has excellent resistance to impact, chloride stress corrosion cracking, high thermal conductivity, and a low coefficient of thermal expansion. Extreme corrosion resistance.

Inconel® 600

Inconel® 600 is a nickel-chromium alloy used in chemical and food processing, nuclear engineering, sparking electrodes, and furnace components. Inconel® 600 is suitable from cryogenic up to 1093°C . Exceptional resistance to chloride-ion stress corrosion cracking as well as oxidising environments.

Inconel® 625

Inconel® 625 is an austenitic nickel-chromium-molybdenum-niobium alloy with excellent corrosion resistance as well as high strength.  Suitable for cryogenic to 982°C. Used in aerospace and marine engineering, pollution-control equipment, chemical processing, and nuclear reactors; especially resistant to pitting and crevice corrosion.

Incoloy® 800H/HT

Incoloy® 800H/800HT are nickel-iron-chromium alloys with the same basic composition as INCOLOY® 800 but with much higher creep-rupture strength.

800H and 800HT both have a higher carbon content than 800.  800H has good creep-rupture properties at temperatures above 600°C. 800HT has excellent creep strength at temperatures above 700°C.

Incoloy® 825

Incoloy® 825 is an austenitic nickel-iron-chromium alloy with additions of molybdenum, copper and titanium.  Excellent resistance to both oxidising and reducing acids, pitting and crevice corrosion, as well as stress-corrosion cracking.  Readily formable and weldable.

Monel® 400

Monel® 400 is a nickel-copper alloy with excellent corrosion resistance and high strength in a range of media and temperatures.  This alloy can be hardened through cold working rather than heat treatment. Used in marine environments, chemical processing, off-shore structures, refining and power generation.

Nickel 200/201

Commercially pure (99.6%) wrought nickel with good mechanical properties and outstanding resistance to a range of corrosive media. Applications where sodium hydroxide, fluorine and caustic alkalies are used. Nickel 200 is suitable up to 315ºC.  Nickel 201 is suitable up to 677ºC.

ZERON® 100

Zeron® 100  is a highly alloyed super duplex stainless steel for use in aggressive environments.  Zeron® 100 has resistance to corrosion cracking in organic & inorganic acid, non-oxidising acids and strong alkalis conditions.  The alloys also has excellent impact strength.
