The Segal Slurry Sampling Valves are used to draw live samples from the process. Specifically designed to pierce through any scale build-up on the inside of the pipe or vessel.

The Segal Sampling Valve can be used under high pressure conditions. The opening indicator provides operators clear and simple indication of the valve position. To prevent blockage to the inlet, the valve piston extends to the inner surface of the pipe whilst in the closed position. The Segal Sampling Valve is the standard when it comes to extracting fluid, slurry and viscous materials.

ICON Butterfly Valves are suitable for all types of abrasive slurries including bauxite, coal, cement and mineral sands etc. The long body design ensures that turbulence related wear takes place inside the valve and not downstream in the pipe. The Trueline “Severe Service” O-Port Valve is precision-machined from solid plate, making it a benchmark solution for handling abrasive and corrosive slurries. Its full-bore, through-port design ensures zero leakage during actuation and reliable performance in both wet and dry media applications. Engineered for durability and minimal maintenance, it is suitable for all slurry types as well as dry bulk materials in harsh operating environments.

Applied Alloys angle valve is specially designed for abrasive slurry that hardens and prevents other valves from operating.

Our unique angle valves are cavity-free and feature an innovative seat regrinding feature that has been designed for the bauxite – alumina industry. Available in a range of materials suitable for abrasion, corrosion, and/or high temperatures. SAMMI offers the most advanced pipeline blinds.. Sammi’s line blinds provide a valuable time-saving system for shut-down or maintenance requirements.

The innovative yet simple open-close mechanism of our Pipeline Blinds means that one person can easily, quickly and safely isolate piping – up to 48″ (DN1200).
Swinging Blinds can typically take many hours and may require a crane or other lifting device. Calculating the cost of swinging blinds must also include lost production time and this is where Sammi Pipeline Blinds outperform the competition and show their true worth.

Plug Valves are cavity free and therefore suitable for severe or slurry service.

Uni-Directional Knife Gate with optional resilient seat.

Trueline Uni-Direction utilises a back-up ring to convert to a 2-way shut off. The stopper allows the gate to form a tight seal against the seat.

All Trueline Knife Gate valves are built and tested in accordance with MSS-SP81 and TAPPI T1S 405-8 specifications. All metal-seated valves meet or exceed seat test requirements. Test data available on request.
